About My Dog
Our Teddy was almost 9 years old when he passed early this morning (30th Oct 2010). He was bitten by a tiger snake and he just couldn't find the strength to make it. Teddy was a border collie/labrador. We adopted him from the humane society and was much, much loved. He would catch and eat all the flies that got into our house! He loved everyone and everyone loved him. We called Teddy 'rubber lips' because he had the funniest flabby lips.
What I'd Like to Say To (or About) My Dog
Teddy, I loved you sweety. One of the most memorable moments I will miss is when you would come and cuddle me while I did my yoga on the floor. I will miss your licks and cuddles. I will miss your happy smile when we were about to take you for walks. I will miss your beautiful furry coat and loving eyes. I will miss your satisfied sigh after a long walk. I will miss YOU.
Lessons Learned
- Teddy taught me how to love unconditionally. To be patient with everything. To live in the moment and be happy with what we have. It was the simple and littlest things that Teddy loved.
