When, Where and How I Got My Mixed-Breed Dog
I got Kia in 2001 and she was brought to me because I'm a special needs child and I needed a friend. So, my mother got Kia for me. She was transferred from Quebec from her old owner, who used to beat her all the time. When I got her she was a little skittish. But in 2002 she was up running around with me and my mom's two puppies.

Kia was easy to train after I got to know her. The health problems we see so far are two viral tumors and two arthritis spots - that's all we see so far.
Throughout the years, I've found out Kia is the best thing that ever entered my life. But now the hardest part of our lives is she is old and soon getting put down. That day will be a very sad day.
