When, Where and How I Got My Boston Terrier
I bought Fausto from a breeder here in Holland as a puppy 4 years ago. I had never seen the breed live! But, I fell in love at first sight. Belle we bought in France 2 years ago from a breeder. She had some of the same genes as Fausto. The have the same great, great grandfather. She was 4 years old when we brought her home.

Fausto: active, great will to please, perfect breed standard. loves to swim and retrieve.
Belle: a real smootcher, great passion to go after cats, birds rabbits. loves to go wild in the water.
Both love to roll in nasty things!!
Advice
- Bostons are great family pets but very, very active.
- Two are more fun than one.
- They have difficulty in cold climates.
- They need to run.
- They need quality food or they will become smelly from the behind!
- Watch for patella luxation.
- Look for open nostrils.
- Don't let them overheat, they will never stop when playing.
