He followed me all the way up and kept up with my car eating them as quick as i threw them out, when I got to the house at the top he jumped up on me and licked me and he showed me love and thanks.
I took him to a vet. There, he received a great and caring response from those people and he came home to Georgia with me.
He has done a lot of healing, and gotten a lot of trust back. I think he is truly wonderful to let us have another chance after what people have done to him. He is a great friend to me and shows me everyday that he was well worth my effort.
I love him with all my heart and I promised Lucky and God that I would never let anything or anyone hurt him ever again. I will keep that promise till I die.
Lucky is a German Shepherd & Rottweiler mix. That is what the vet told me, but I don't care, I could not love him more if he was a pure breed anything.
I pray to my God that people will stop dumping animals like they were trash and stop abusing them.
I know this is a long story, but I think it is worth telling. Thank you for taking the time to read it! I hope it can inspire others to help a friend in need, they turn out to be the best friends you can have."
