Mica

This is Mica. I adopted her from the local shelter a couple of months back. She was described to me as a "slightly abused, severely neglected, and abandoned dog". She is less then one year old, but I do not know specifically her age. She is a beautiful, affectionate dog. She loves to play and if you let her she will try to be a lap dog. She comes over to me every morning, sits as close to me as she can, and rests her head on my shoulder for her hug. It is hard to imagine anyone could have treated her cruelly.

As a result of the neglect she was used to, she seems terrified to go outdoors. she seems to think she will never be allowed in again. She has certainly become a part of my family very quickly.
