As Tasha is a newcomer (only a family member for 2 months) I still am learning her true personality. Every week that goes by we find out a little more. It is amazing that the dog that came with us from the shelter did not want caressing and if you so much as raised your voice she would wee. Now she is bounding about and even though she is way too big likes nothing better than a cuddle on your knee. The best thing about Tasha is that Sheba who is now nearing 10 years has a playmate and acts about 5 yrs old running chasing and knocking Tasha flying, a good match.

Why did you choose her, if you choose her?
We actually thought she was another dog that we were interested in (wanted a friend for Sheba) when we found out she wasn't we walked her with Sheba anyway and they got on great. Perhaps it was meant to be. After we found out that Tasha was having to be moved around the kennels as she had been there 1year and 1month and every few months had to be moved into a new kennel as she was becoming aggressive.

Why would you recommend a mixed breed dog?
Less health problems, more resiliant and they are all unique.
