She was a great cocker spaniel. beautiful blonde with a white tuft of hair. We will miss her barking at the neighbors walking down the street. We will miss how her whole body would wag because she had a short tail, when she came to greet us. Those big brown eyes. She was always a little sad looking pup, the kind that wins your heart immediately. In the last few weeks she became very sick. A tumor so large in her tummy she was blocked all the way through and bleeding from the inside out. We had to let her go to that other place, that place where all dogs go to heaven. KC was a great companion for the 8 years our family was able to love her and be loved in returned. My son is three and he doesn't understand that KC won't be coming home, and to tell the truth, neither do I. She had her faults, but so do all of us, and now that she is gone all I can think of is that maybe up there beyond the rainbow she is wagging her body watching us and running free in the wind like the little rabbit she was. WE miss you KC. no other dog can compare, God bless you on your journal out there. |
