Nikita...our little bunny, you were so loving, so caring, always concerned about our whole family. We only knew you for 14 months. How quickly I took your presence for granted. If I had it to do again I would have returned your love so much more. I would have appreciated your every little quirk. Life gets us so caught up that we forget to appreciate those close to us, if we think of them being gone in the next moment, I think we would take the time to cherish them more. Maybe I can learn that from this loss.
I'm sorry if I failed you, I wish I could have been there, I hope you didn't suffer. I'll always remember you. Your passing has changed the way all of us look at life. In that way you have blessed our family in your death, as you did in your life.I love you and miss you so my sweety. ~ Greg |
