Question: What Strange Habits do Your Dogs Have?
Answer: "I have two German Shepherds, a female 3yrs old and a male 1 1/2 yrs old.
My male has several funny habits. When I let them out the back door, he stands there with this gleem in his eyes until the other one walks out. He then dives underneath her and then stands up. She sometimes is suspended by his body (he's 91 pounds) and other times her back legs are up in the air like a wheelbarrel and she can't get away! After she does, she growls and pins him to the ground by the neck. He then tries to get underneath her to nip her on the inside of the legs. When she growls at him he barks annoyingly and consistantly at her because she isn't enjoying it!
Also, whenever I let him out, he excitedly hunts around by the door for some toy, or rawhide bone to bring outside, even if he's only out there for a minute to pee. If he doesn't find anything of his, he grabs the next best thing, like my shoes! I can't leave anything lying around near the door. He's like Linus with his blanket.
When he wants to come in, he sometimes runs and "splats" himself on the glass door, like those stuffed dogs with the suction cups on people's car windows!"
